I finally got my learner's permit last week, so I've been looking into driving lessons. It's kind of nerve-wracking thinking about being behind the wheel with an instructor, but I know I need the practice before I can drive my parents' car. Most places offer a package of ten sessions, which includes both on-road training and some time in a parking lot to get the basics down like parallel parking and three-point turns. I'm hoping to get comfortable enough to take my test in a few months.
